1. اشفوا مرضى. طهّروا برصا. أقيموا موتى. أخرجوا شياطين. مجّانا أخذتم مجّانا أعطوا. متى 10: 8

5. يوجد من يفرّق فيزداد أيضا ومن يمسك أكثر من اللاّئق وإنّما إلى الفقر.النّفس السّخيّة تسمّن والمروي هو أيضا يروى. الأمثال 11: 24, 25

10. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. Malachi 3:10
11. وأمّا أنت فمتى صنعت صدقة فلا تعرّف شمالك ما تفعل يمينك لكي تكون صدقتك في الخفاء. فأبوك الّذي يرى في الخفاء هو يجازيك علانية. متى 6: 3, 4
11. Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. Matthew 6:2-4
12. هذا وإنّ من يزرع بالشّحّ فبالشّحّ أيضا يحصد، ومن يزرع بالبركات فبالبركات أيضا يحصد. كلّ واحد كما ينوي بقلبه، ليس عن حزن أو اضطرار. لأنّ المعطي المسرور يحبّه الله. واللّه قادر أن يزيدكم كلّ نعمة، لكي تكونوا ولكم كلّ اكتفاء كلّ حين في كلّ شيء، تزدادون في كلّ عمل صالح. كما هو مكتوب: «فرّق. أعطى المساكين. برّه يبقى إلى الأبد». والّذي يقدّم بذارا للزّارع وخبزا للأكل، سيقدّم ويكثّر بذاركم وينمي غلاّت برّكم.
مستغنين في كلّ شيء لكلّ سخاء ينشئ بنا شكرا للّه. لأنّ افتعال هذه الخدمة ليس يسدّ إعواز القدّيسين فقط، بل يزيد بشكر كثير للّه إذ هم باختبار هذه الخدمة يمجّدون الله على طاعة اعترافكم لإنجيل المسيح، وسخاء التّوزيع لهم وللجميع. وبدعائهم لأجلكم، مشتاقين إليكم من أجل نعمة الله الفائقة لديكم. فشكرا للّه على عطيّته الّتي لا يعبّر عنها. 2 كورنثوس 9: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
12. But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;). Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God; 2 Corinthians 9:6-12
