1. فأوقع الرب الإله سباتا على آدم فنام فأخذ واحدة من أضلاعه وملأ مكانها لحما. وبنى الرب الإله الضلع التي أخذها من آدم امرأة وأحضرها إلى آدم. فقال آدم: «هذه الآن عظم من عظامي ولحم من لحمي. هذه تدعى امرأة لأنها من امرئ أخذت». لذلك يترك الرجل أباه وأمه ويلتصق بامرأته ويكونان جسدا واحدا. التكوين 2: 21-24
1. And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Genesis 2:21-24
2. وعرف آدم حواء امرأته فحبلت وولدت قايين. وقالت: «اقتنيت رجلا من عند الرب». وعرف آدم امرأته أيضا فولدت ابنا ودعت اسمه شيثا قائلة: «لأن الله قد وضع لي نسلا آخر عوضا عن هابيل». لان قايين كان قد قتله. التكوين 4: 1, 25 آيات عن الزواج والجنس Marriage and Sex
2. And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: Genesis 4:1, 25
3. فضرب الرب فرعون وبيته ضربات عظيمة بسبب ساراي امرأة أبرام. فدعا فرعون إبرام وقال: «ما هذا الذي صنعت بي؟ لماذا لم تخبرني أنها امرأتك؟ التكوين 12: 17-18
3. And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram’s wife. And Pharaoh called Abram, and said, What is this that thou hast done unto me? why didst thou not tell me that she was thy wife? Genesis 12:17-18
4. وأما ساراي امرأة أبرام فلم تلد له. وكانت لها جارية مصرية اسمها هاجر فقالت ساراي لابرام: «هوذا الرب قد أمسكني عن الولادة. ادخل على جاريتي لعلي أرزق منها بنين». فسمع إبرام لقول ساراي. 3 فأخذت ساراي امرأة ابرام هاجر المصرية جاريتها من بعد عشر سنين لإقامة ابرام في أرض كنعان وأعطتها لابرام رجلها زوجة له. التكوين 16: 1-3
4. Now Sarai Abram’s wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai. And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife. Genesis 16:1-3
5. فقال: «إني أرجع إليك نحو زمان الحياة ويكون لسارة امرأتك ابن». وكانت سارة سامعة في باب الخيمة وهو وراءه – وكان إبراهيم وسارة شيخين متقدمين في الأيام. وقد انقطع أن يكون لسارة عادة كالنساء. فضحكت سارة في باطنها قائلة: «أبعد فنائي يكون لي تنعم وسيدي قد شاخ!» التكوين 18: 10-12
5. And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. 6. فعلم اونان أن النسل لا يكون له. فكان إذ دخل على امرأة أخيه أنه أفسد على الأرض لكي لا يعطي نسلا لأخيه. فقبح في عيني الرب ما فعله فأماته أيضا. التكوين 38: 9-10
6. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother’s wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also. Genesis 38:9-10

10. وإذا زنى رجل مع امرأة فإذا زنى مع امرأة قريبه فإنه يقتل الزاني والزانية. وإذا اضطجع رجل مع ذكر اضطجاع امرأة فقد فعلا كلاهما رجسا. إنهما يقتلان. دمهما عليهما. اللاويين 20: 10, 13
10. And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death… If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them. Leviticus 20:10, 13
11. امرأة زانية أو مدنسة لا يأخذوا ولا يأخذوا امرأة مطلقة من زوجها. لأنه مقدس لآلهة. اللاويين 21: 7
11. They shall not take a wife that is a whore, or profane; neither shall they take a woman put away from her husband: for he is holy unto his God. Leviticus 21:7
12. هذا يأخذ امرأة عذراء. أما الأرملة والمطلقة والمدنسة والزانية فمن هؤلاء لا يأخذ بل يتخذ عذراء من قومه امرأة. اللاويين 21: 13-14
12. And he shall take a wife in her virginity. A widow, or a divorced woman, or profane, or an harlot, these shall he not take: but he shall take a virgin of his own people to wife. Leviticus 21:13-14
13. هذه شريعة الغيرة. إذا زاغت امرأة من تحت رجلها وتنجست أو إذا اعترى رجلا روح غيرة فغار على امرأته يوقف المرأة أمام الرب ويعمل لها الكاهن كل هذه الشريعة العدد 5: 29-30
13. This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled; Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law. Numbers 5:29-30
14. «إذا اتخذ رجل امرأة وحين دخل عليها أبغضها ونسب إليها أسباب كلام وأشاع عنها اسما رديئا وقال: هذه المرأة اتخذتها ولما دنوت منها لم أجد لها عذرة. يأخذ الفتاة أبوها وأمها ويخرجان علامة عذرتها إلى شيوخ المدينة إلى الباب ويقول أبو الفتاة للشيوخ: أعطيت هذا الرجل ابنتي زوجة فأبغضها. وها هو قد جعل أسباب كلام قائلا: لم أجد لبنتك عذرة. وهذه علامة عذرة ابنتي. ويبسطان الثوب أمام شيوخ المدينة. التثنية 22: 13-17
14. If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her, And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid: Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:
And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her , saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city. Deuteronomy 22:13-17

44. إن المرأة التي تحت رجل هي مرتبطة بالناموس بالرجل الحي. ولكن إن مات الرجل فقد تحررت من ناموس الرجل. فإذا ما دام الرجل حيا تدعى زانية إن صارت لرجل آخر. ولكن إن مات الرجل فهي حرة من الناموس حتى إنها ليست زانية إن صارت لرجل آخر. رومية 7: 2, 3
44. For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. 45. يسمع مطلقا أن بينكم زنى! وزنى هكذا لا يسمى بين الأمم حتى أن تكون للإنسان امرأة أبيه. أفأنتم منتفخون وبالحري لم تنوحوا حتى يرفع من وسطكم الذي فعل هذا الفعل؟ 1 كورنثوس 5: 1, 2
45. It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife. 48. اهربوا من الزنا. كل خطية يفعلها الإنسان هي خارجة عن الجسد لكن الذي يزني يخطئ إلى جسده. أم لستم تعلمون أن جسدكم هو هيكل للروح القدس الذي فيكم الذي لكم من الله وأنكم لستم لأنفسكم؟ لأنكم قد اشتريتم بثمن. فمجدوا الله في أجسادكم وفي أرواحكم التي هي لله. 1 كورنثوس 6: 18-20
48. Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 49. وأما من جهة الأمور التي كتبتم لي عنها فحسن للرجل أن لا يمس امرأة. ولكن لسبب الزنا ليكن لكل واحد امرأته وليكن لكل واحدة رجلها. 1 كورنثوس 7: 1, 2

50. ليوف الرجل المرأة حقها الواجب وكذلك المرأة أيضا الرجل. ليس للمرأة تسلط على جسدها بل للرجل وكذلك الرجل أيضا ليس له تسلط على جسده بل للمرأة. لا يسلب أحدكم الآخر إلا أن يكون على موافقة إلى حين لكي تتفرغوا للصوم والصلاة ثم تجتمعوا أيضا معا. 1 كورنثوس 7: 3-5
50. Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. 51. ولكن أقول لغير المتزوجين وللأرامل إنه حسن لهم إذا لبثوا كما أنا. ولكن إن لم يضبطوا أنفسهم فليتزوجوا لأن التزوج أصلح من التحرق. وأما المتزوجون فأوصيهم لا أنا بل الرب أن لا تفارق المرأة رجلها. وإن فارقته فلتلبث غير متزوجة أو لتصالح رجلها. ولا يترك الرجل امرأته.. 1 كورنثوس 7: 8-11

57. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
