Peace Prayer for the Middle East
Peace prayer for the Middle East
The sky cries out a cry of peace, so will anyone hear an answer?! The God of Peace calls out and says: ‘Come to me, I am your God. I invite you with love. I sent my son Jesus to you carrying a message of love and peace and a cry for redemption from the cross.
My constant invitation to you to be men of peace! Fight for man, not against him. Be a seeker of peace! Fight against sin, evil, terrorism, murder, and impurity.”
Our country needs peace. There will be no peace as long as there are people who worship gods who call them to jihad, war, and murder. Let us pray a prayer of peace for the Middle East, asking the Lord for peace for our country, our people, and our persecuted church.
We hope from the Lord Jesus Christ for safety and protection for Christians in the Middle East who paid for their lives, money, dignity, and livelihood and did not abandon their Christian faith… O Lord, grant them peace. Amen.
Peace Prayer for the Middle East
O God, our God, the God of peace, who is capable of everything, the Creator, the creative redeemer of life: we pray to you, we who have no refuge but you, have mercy on us and forgive us our sins.
Stretch your hand and help us make peace. Although we have missed many opportunities, although we have aborted many initiatives, although we have seen with our own eyes, and indifferently, the defeat of good rather than the defeat of evil with good. Please forgive us and help us give a new opportunity for peace. To you, we ask: give us peace.
Oh, God of Peace
As we beg your forgiveness, we ask you to make this present moment a place of peace in that we renew our commitment to the making of peace and justice. And we thank you for these 10 years.
‘Defeat the violence’: our consciences have been sharpened, and the desire for peace has been strengthened in us. We confess to you that we are still below what is expected of us if we really want to give peace a chance. To you, we ask: Give us peace.
God of peace, make us committed to making peace. Help us so that our life may always become a new starting point for peace. Grant us wisdom and courage: wisdom to realize your will and courage to faithfully serve peace. To you, we ask: Give us peace. Trustworthy
A Beacon of Hope
The Middle East, a region steeped in history, culture, and diversity, has long been marred by conflicts and tensions. From ancient rivalries to modern geopolitical struggles, the quest for peace in this troubled land has remained elusive.
Yet, amidst the chaos and turmoil, there shines a beacon of hope—a collective yearning for harmony and reconciliation. In the heart of this tumultuous region, voices rise in unison, echoing a fervent plea for tranquility and understanding: the Peace Prayer.
